Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a non-profit organisation with a global network for young people between 18 and 40. JCI has a membership of approximately 200,000 people across 100 countries.

JCI Kowloon was established in 1965 and is the second senior chapter in JCI Hong Kong. We run inspiring events and projects which our members are able to develop themselves through learning-by-doing. Members meet on a regular basis to organise projects and attend training courses and social gatherings.

Development Opportunities of Members

4 Areas of Opportunity

We aim to provide development opportunities for young people to learn from the 3 JCI pathways: Project Management, Chapter Management and Training in these 4 Areas of Opportunity.

Through various leadership training programs, members develop valuable skills such as goal setting, time management, public speaking, parliamentary procedures, protocol, etc., thereby equipping them with the necessary techniques to become future leaders of the community.

Members identify social needs and develop projects to improve the well-being of the community.

Members can pursue personal business interests through local and worldwide international networking activities.

Through a network of 200,000 JCs in more than 100 countries around the world, members gain valuable international exposure, develop international friendships, and derive awareness of cross-border, cross-culture issues.
