The JCI mission is “To provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change”. 3 years into the pandemic, we found many changes around the world. What development opportunities can be going to provide in 2023? The ability to see changes as opportunities – innovations.

Thus “Inspire International Innovations” is our slogan as well as our goal for 2023.

INSPIRE is our yearly mission, to instill in members the motivation, enthusiasm and courage to CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE.

In 2023, we have three Flagship Projects, covering development opportunities in business, community and leadership areas.

Through successful projects, members can get involved and be innovative, identify problems and execute solutions with like-minded leaders.

INTERNATIONAL by representing the LEADING GLOBAL NETWORK of JCI Kowloon, which has 7 sister chapters, and can provide infinite DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES to our members.

This year, we have 45 years of sisterhood with JCI Taipei Jayceettes; 40 years of sisterhood with JCI Nagoya; and 10 years of sisterhood with JCI Capital.

In 2023, we have a series of celebration activities, together with more collaboration on projects, to strengthen the bonding with our sister chapters, and provide more opportunities for our members to build up international friendships.

International Cooperation on projects is another key to inspiring members. The flagship project “Together We Care”, themed “C. Doctor, No Border (港心廣愛 – 無國界．「中」醫）” this year, promoting Traditional Chinese Medicine in Healthcare worldwide, would be an impactful international community project in 2023. On the other hand, the “Kowloon International Congress” inviting guests from all over the world is another remarkable project for 2023.

Moreover, we are organizing or promoting various Mainland activities to strengthen the interpersonal networks of members with mainland parties.

INNOVATIONS are new ideas or new methods for our members to be inspired, to rebuild and sustain the community and economics RISE to a more resilient future.

Hong Kong is an international business, trade and financial hub. However, with the challenges of the pandemic these years, more new ideas and methods are needed. “INNO Leaders International Business Development Program” is designed to support the development of the innovation and technology industry. In addition, more business networking activities are hosting in 2023.
