“Leaders of Leaders” – a leadership development project which aims to engage and equip members to become New Elite Leaders and to nurture the young generation as future leaders for serving the community and creating positive change.

Leaders of Leaders consists of several modules. JCI Kowloon members with different experiences in JCI were recruited to be trained as Elite Leaders.

Elite Trainers attend the 2030 SDG Workshop in March to enhance their knowledge on SDG Goals and to learn how to lead an SDG Workshop. They then learnt how to have effective project management and team management in Module 2.
