Requirements for entry:
• 18-40 years old
• Any race, religion, sex, qualifications, education background and occupation
• Hong Kong ID Card holder
• Young adult who aspires to contribute to the community, and develops his/her leadership and management skill

Prospective member:
• The prospective member fee is HK$500 for approximately six months
